Welcome…
...to Daigo’s Daily Digital Diorama. This is utterly useless online journal (yes, that was what it was originally called before term "blog") that I've been keeping since 2002. Since it is ".org," my wife once called it a nonprofit nonsense. I use this blog mostly about baseball, and being Japanese man in America. Wondering who the heck Daigo is?

Twitter updates for Aug, 22
Twitter update this week was mostly about Red Sox, but there was a Gyroball talk, which is awesome. I also went to Public Media Camp Boston this week, and was very interesting and inspiring.
Random ramblings (Twitter updates for Aug. 15, 2010)
I sure tweet a lot about baseball. I’m so glad you have a one-track mind like me. That is a line from Hey Soul Sister by Train. I heard that song on the radio a few times and liked it, but I had no idea who it was or what the song is called. I [...]
Twittering away again, week of August 8
This week’s tweets included me finally figuring out what the guy in the stand selling was saying on TV during the Red Sox games (“Hey, get a cold bud light!”) at Fenway, and quote from Roberto Clemente, which I saw on the signature of a person from SABR mailing list (I think). Clemente, a rightfielder [...]
One-Seam fastball (Twitter updates round-up for August 1)
Boy, those West-coast late night games are tough. Especially the Red Sox are notorious for long games (as Bill Simmons of ESPN points out, in first 101 games of 2010 Red Sox had only one game that took less than 2 hours and 30 min., 41 games between 2:31-3:00, and rest of 59 games took [...]
13-year-old girl dominating her little league in Florida (Twitter updates for July 25)
My twitter is full of late night post with rants and rave about Boston Red Sox (mostly rants, since they are not playing too well). Sox are out in West Coast for 10 game trip and so far they are 3 and 3 after 6games. They have lost 6 of last 10 since the All-Star [...]
WPS and Japanese soccer star Homare Sawa (Twitter updates for July 18)
Homare Sawa (right) with Aya Miyama (Image found through Google Image) Learn something new everyday. There is a Women’s Professional Soccer league and apparently Washington D.C.’s team Washington Freedom has Japanese Midfielder, Homare Sawa, playing for them. From Wikipedia Long considered Japan’s finest female footballer, she made her debut at age 12. IN 1993, at [...]
Twitter updates for July 11, 2010.
Injured Red Sox is mostly what I talked about this week. Almost entirely about baseball. Well, now you know what I have in my mind all the time… I am pretty simple and one-tracked…
Twitter updates for July 4th, 2010: Soccer? I’m watching soccer?
Happy 4th of July! Tweets this weeks were actually more about soccer than baseball. For those who know me will tell you, that is just CRAZY. But I did follow Japanese national team for the FIFA World Cup 2010 in South Africa. The Samurai Blue advanced into second round, and lost to Paraguay in the [...]
Twitter updates for June 27, 2010
Ha! #RedSox fill-in OF Darnell McDonald hits a solo homer tonight. Number 5 for him this season, or one more than Jason Bay (via @PeteAbe) # It's a girl! My daughter Mary Kazuko Fujiwara was born today! weighing 7 lbs 6.5 oz. And #Jpn advances! Now if #RedSox can avoid sweep! # Yes! Buccholz, Bard [...]
