Female executive earning respect

Awesome article about Los Angeles Dodgers’ assistant general manager, Kim Ng, a highest ranked Asian executive (male or female) in the Major League Baseball by ESPN’s Jerry Crasnick.

Jackie Robinson broke baseball’s color barrier 50 years ago and there is still long way to go, but it is getting better. As it is mentioned in 86 things we hate about Red Sox, Boston was the last major League team to field black player, Pumpsie Green in 1959 (That’s 12 years after first Robinson played for the Dodgers).
