Inspired by a work-related recent trip to the Audio/Video recording studio and a father in me wanting to record my son’s new tricks, I am sort of in the market for a good/affordable/durable camcorder. looking quickly through the web, camcorderinfo.com and easycamcorders.com seems like a pretty good resource. And there is C|Net and its Buying guide. Here is my research list:

Of course, I need to get iMovie (included in $79 iLife ‘05, considering Final Cut Pro ($999.00!) would be overkill). Mmm.
