I am looking forward to see what happens on Nov. 2. having watched both conventions (I had to, that was my job…), I know who I am voting for. But I feel both guys are capable of the job. I don’t think Bush is as dumb as some people (or some film maker) make(s) him out to be, and I think Kerry will be fine as the commander in chief of this country (unlike the claim of Dick Cheney and that angry Democrat who spoke at the RNC… Miller?). It was interesting to see those people speak - I always liked public speaches.
What was interesting was republicans really gave minority good camera time throughout the convention. Of course, Dems’ Barack Obama’s speech was, in my opinion, the best speech. Arnold, hate to admit, had interesting points, too. It is true that Bush Administration does have very diverse cabinet. Secretary of Labor Elaine Chao is the highest ranked Asian American woman in the History, she is an immigrant, too. Here is a list of Asian Americans in government and politics.
