My friend, Duggan Hill of Boston City Lights is frustrated. The City Lights is a “free” dance school in Boston for kids. Promise was made to him by the city of Boston that some of the stage time will be given to him (his students) when the city reopen Paramount Theater, 549-563 Washington Street. But now the time has passed and Paramount is still closed, and new developer, Millennium Partners, doesn’t sound like they will keep the promise. Well, I don’t know much about the issues involved, and I know he is not in it for the money (he never is, and that is what is so amazing about him), so I’d like to help him if I can. But first I need to learn more about this and surrounding issues.
