I had dinner at Sushi 21. Man, I love that place. NY Times has an interesting article about Japanese way of thinking through written language. It explains how Japanese uses Kanji (Chinese characters), Hiragana (phonetic characters for Japanese), and Katakana (phonetic characters for non-Japanese). Reading this article I was thinking, wow, my last name will be written in Katakana…
Speaking of cultural issue, Censes thinks Asian populations will triple in size by 2050. Good for us.
Saw a movie, Pieces of April. Sort of interesting in the very dysfunctional way. Liked it.
