Searching for a book

I can’t seem to find the text book for my Perl class. Went to Wordsworth, Coop, B&N and CompUSA, but no luck. Maybe try Borders or MicroCenter later. I am too cheap to pay for shipping from Amazon… For a Japanese guy like me who can’t pronounce “Ls” and “Rs” right the book title is pretty dificult to say. “Uhh, excuse me, do you have O’Reilly’s Programing Perl by Larry Wall?” “O’Reilly” and “Larry” is hard enough alone, forget when both is in the same sentence.

    Hi Daigo,

Good for you!!! I should be fun.
Have you tried SoftPro in Waltham? I’m pretty sure that they have that book. If you decided to go there, make sure you sign up for their corporate discount program. Good luck!

Actually, if you are not in hurry, you might save more $ by buying from Amazon . Their current price for this book is $34.97 (listed $49.99) and shipping is free with purchase of $25 or more!

    Thanks Kats!
I found the book at Mobile Book Fair in Newton. I wish I knew about the Amazon deal though.
