Stupid W32.Novarg.A@mm worm

Very annoying. I get bunch of it to me but the worst part of it is that my e-mail address (I have more than several) appears in the “From” header of e-mail. so I get tons of “Mail delivery failed: returning message to sender” e-mails! And people think my computer is infected. It is not. Here is symptoms and removal instructions. Crap.
