I was looking for blog that use php and I came across one called b2 I installed it and it is very good. Very straight forward, pretty full featured, almost as good as Movable type. It even has spell check. I know you can put spell check in MT, but I couldn’t figure out the perl module Lingua::Ispell. MT’s search result page works much better than b2, it high lights results.

If you are too lazy to write template, blogskins.com has bunch of free downloads. They have both MT and Blogger skins for download. You can also convert blogger skin to b2 template using this converter.
