Speaking of Mozilla 1.4, here

Speaking of Mozilla 1.4, here is a few things I noticed as I upgrade…

  • Now I can download English (default) version and also download language packs/language content packs to change dialogue box or toolbar menus to be Japanese. (Preferences -> Appearance -> Language/Content)
  • Text is no longer anti-aliased! I guess it looks fine but I wish there was at leased an option… maybe It’s there and I’m not seeing it.
  • It remembered all my stored bookmarks and passwords! Nice!
  • Mozilla 1.4 is built with gcc3, so I have to download new version of Java and use plugin in the ns610-gcc32 directory. Otherwise I can’t see the live baseball updates! (GAMEDAY)
