Interestingly, both The Boston

Interestingly, both The Boston Globe and NY Times had story about closers in baseball team today. I believe “Saves” is one of most overrated stats in baseball. Why is 9th inning more important than say, 7th inning? Both articles talk about that and how Sox is approaching it this year. Very interesting.

I’ve added news update thing on my baseball page. It is written in mysql. Pretty exciting to be able to do that myself. Of course, I didn’t write from the scratch… I would like to take one of those classes. I would love to connect database back end with Flash.

Usability Week 2003 is March 17-21 in NYC. I’d like to go to that. Looks like I have to pass on SXSW even though that’s the one I wanted to go.

Reading Thich Nhat Hanh’s living Buddha, Living Christ right now, (well, I have been reading it for a long time now … I’m slow) It is very good. Five Precepts of Buddhism is quite interesting and very true.
