I ran a 3.5 mile race called corporate challenge today. It was good. Went to Slyvertone for after race party and it was great. that’s all the excitement I had today. I watched Vanilla sky and it made me depressed. It was kind of sad.
The Lunch is Fun site is really taking off. One of New Jersey reader just contacted me about Niku-Jaga. Japanese sweet stew.

1 lb. russet potatoes, peeled and cut into 4 to 5 pieces each
