German beer and sausages at Disney

Tested out my Takeru Kobayashi skills at the lunch buffet at Biergarten, a restaurant in German part of Epcot Center. Awesome sausages. At $20 a person, it is hardly a good deal, but what do you expect in Disney? They also had Daikon Salad (which is not German, but great anyways) and delicious cheese cakes. But those sausages were just awesome. You rarely come across good sausages in America. I had the best sausage in a German restaurant/beer-garden in Roppongi section of Tokyo in summer of 1998 or 1999. I wish I remember the name of the place. Is there a good German restaurant in Boston? Simple good sausage & sauerkraut and 1-litre beer place is all I am looking for. I miss Wursthaus in Harvard Sq, which was the first “public” place that served me a beer without carding me. Ah, memories.
