How to make “Niku-Jaga.” Takes about an hour and half.

Niku means meat. Jagaimo is the potato. My wife says it originated in western beef stew (via Wikipedia), and that makes sense. Except niku-jaga flovor is typical Japanese flavor (mirin-sake-soy sauce) and much sweeter than the western counterpart.
