Iwamura and Imae, iChat and Netgear problem… (two topics not related)

This is not Iwamura, this is ImaeI know its minor thing, but this is bothering me… I’ve seen this Getty photo on many websites, even in mlb.com, sportsline.com and St. Petersburg Times, labeled as D-ray’s new third baseman Akinori Iwamura, taken at last spring’s World Baseball Classic tournament.
The problem is, It is not Iwamura. It is actually Chiba Lotte Marines’ third baseman Toshiaki Imae, who also played for Japanese team in WBC as a third baseman. Seeing that this keep happening, getty’s image database’s caption must be wrong. OK OK, I know you can tell Asians apart, (remember alllooksame.com?) but come on, this is like labeling A-Rod “Chipper Jones” (OK, they both played in WBC US team, but a bad comparison), or Mike Lowell “Melvin Mora.”
Hope they straighten this out.

UGHH, my iChat problem continues. Because I figured that the router was my slow connection problem, I got a new router, Netgear WGT624, and the connection problem is solved and now I am surfing at the speed that match RCN’s spec, but I can’t even used iChat. It launches and quits in a second. I guess it is a common problem, and one blog posted a similar problem with link to Apple Support thread, but this didn’t solve the problem. On top if that, I still need to solve the port forwarding problem, (open ports 5060, 5353, 5678, 16384-16403 for UDP, 5190, 5297, 5298 for both UPD and TCP in the router) and actually would like to do this as a port triggering not forwarding so that when I reboot and dhcp gives me a different IP I don’t need to change the set up again, but I can’t even launch the darn thing. As a result, we have not had to talked to my parents in Japan in over a month. Technology is great when it works. Just like J.D. Drew who is great if he plays…

UPDATE: Seem to work once SPI Firewall is disabled. Stateful Packet Inspection?

...to Daigo’s Daily Digital Diorama. This is utterly useless online journal (yes, that was what it was originally called before term "blog") that I've been keeping since 2002. Since it is ".org," my wife once called it a nonprofit nonsense. I use this blog mostly about baseball, and being Japanese man in America. Wondering who the heck Daigo is?
