So called “Justice” in Japan

Just doing my blogroll and came across Justice for Nick Baker site. He traveled to Japan and was “duped” drugs by a traveling companion. Still in Japan fighting his case. Geez, this is really bad. But perhaps the most scary part is this:

… but presiding Judge Kenji Kadoya, who in more than a decade on the bench has never found a single defendant “not guilty”, refused this motion …

Maybe instead of airing 90210 and Friends (both are very popular in Japan btw), Japanese networks should air Law and Order with over dub. “Innocent till proven guilty” doesn’t apply in Japan I guess…
