yum, that is. “Yum is an automatic updater and package installer/remover for rpm systems.” says Linux @ Duke. Here is the link to commands, but I am listing tem below.
- See a list of the available software:
yum list available - To install software:
yum install packagename - To see what updates are available: yum
check-update - To update software you have installed:
yum update - To remove software:
yum remove packagename
