Sushi at Masa in NYC

A Time’s review of a super expensive Japanese restaurant in Manhattan, Masa is pretty awesome.

The chef and owner, Masayoshi Takayama, who operated Ginza Sushiko in Beverly Hills before relocating to Manhattan, does not present you with a menu or choices… The price fluctuates with the season and the availability of certain delicacies. It now stands at $350 a person before tax, tip and sip of sake or bottled water. Masa is arguably the most expensive restaurant in New York. Lunch or dinner for two can easily exceed $1,000.

Yeah. it does sound delicious, though. I think I would prefer to eat $50 meal at Sushi 21 twenty times for that price… Imagine spending $1000 for lunch? If you do, you gotta post it to lunchisfun.com
